$100 Measurement Booking Fee

A $100 measurement booking fee is required to reserve an on-site measurement appointment. If you proceed with an order, this fee will be credited towards the final order amount.

• One complimentary rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice.
• The fee will be forfeited for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or if our team is unable to access the property at the confirmed appointment time.
• The fee is non-refundable once the measurement appointment has been completed.
• If we cancel the appointment and cannot offer a reasonable replacement date, the fee will be refunded in full.

50% Fabrication Deposit

The 50% fabrication deposit is refundable before the final specifications are approved and custom fabrication begins, less the $100 site visit and measurement fee. Once fabrication has begun, the deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or changes of mind.

Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and extend the estimated completion or installation timeline.

Defective or Incorrect Products

A defective product, an incorrect product, or an installation that materially differs from the approved specifications will not be treated as a change-of-mind cancellation. You must allow us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the affected product or installation and, where appropriate, repair or replace it within a reasonable time.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable Singapore law.

5.1 Standard Mesh

Standard Mesh is designed primarily to reduce the entry of insects under normal residential use. It is not designed or represented as impact-resistant, pet-resistant, a safety grille, a fall-prevention barrier or a security device.

5.2 Premium Mesh

Premium Mesh is child- and pet-friendly and provides greater resistance to ordinary household contact and accidental impact. It has been tested under specified conditions for impact resistance of up to 100 kg.

This rating does not guarantee protection against every type, direction or duration of force. Performance depends on the installation method, condition of the supporting window or wall structure, product condition and nature of the impact. Premium Mesh is not a safety grille, fall-prevention barrier, child guard, security device or guaranteed pet-containment system.

Premium Mesh is cat-scratch resistant, not claw-proof. Pet-claw punctures, holes, tears, pulled threads or deformation are not manufacturing defects and are excluded from warranty coverage.

5.3 Drilling and No-Drill Installation

No-Drill installation uses an approved mounting system intended to avoid permanent drilling. Its suitability and performance depend on the material, condition, cleanliness and strength of the supporting surface.

Drilled installation provides stronger mechanical anchoring and may be recommended for homes with heavy or highly active pets, high-contact openings, unsuitable mounting surfaces or other conditions identified during measurement.

Where we recommend drilled installation and the customer instead requests No-Drill installation, we are not responsible for failure or damage to the extent it is directly caused by the customer's selected installation method, provided that we explained the relevant limitation before installation.

5.4 Customer-Caused Damage

We are not responsible for failure, detachment or damage to the extent caused by:

• Climbing, leaning or hanging objects on the mesh.
• Deliberate or repeated excessive force.
• Pet-claw punctures, tearing or persistent scratching.
• Misuse, accidents or improper handling.
• Failure to follow supplied care or maintenance instructions.
• Unauthorised modification, removal or repair.
• Defects or deterioration in the customer's existing windows, walls or supporting surfaces that were not reasonably apparent during inspection.

5.5 Product Defects and Installation Workmanship

The exclusions above do not apply where the failure, detachment or damage is caused by:

• A manufacturing defect covered by the applicable warranty.
• Our use of an installation method that we knew or reasonably should have known was unsuitable.
• Our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill when measuring, recommending or carrying out the installation.
• Any matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Where appropriate, we must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect the installation and repair or replace the affected product or component.

6.1 Excluded Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. This may include loss of income, loss of profits, business interruption, alternative accommodation costs, loss of use or loss of enjoyment, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
