• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or natural events.

• Our retractable insect mesh comes with a 1-year warranty covering defects in the retractable mechanism under normal use.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, excessive force, or installation not following provided instructions.

• No returns or refunds are accepted.

6. Installation Notes

• For customers who choose the No-Drill installation option, the mesh is designed to withstand a reasonable amount of force.

• Important: For households with heavy cats or other pets, drilling installation is recommended to ensure maximum stability.

• Tangerine Home Living is not liable if the insect mesh drops due to excessive weight or improper handling of the product.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tangerine Home Living is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
